I Am The Wind
by David Michael Jackson

I am the wind

The wind carries the pollen
which catches the sunlight

the wind is not noticed
by the universe

I am not noticed by
the universe

I am the wind

you are the seed
the wind carries

I am nothing
I am the wind
I carry the seed

I would carry you to a bed of promise
place you in soil of love
and water you with the rains of
hope.

Grow!
