\r\nSt. Francis<\/strong>\r\n\r\nKatie Zwerling, leave everything behind\r\nand come with me to St. Francis,\r\na little town way up in Maine, way up\r\nthere, way out there. When people say\r\nout in the middle of nowhere they mean\r\nthis place, surrounded by logging roads\r\n\r\ncleared a hundred years ago so trucks\r\ncould haul logs to populated places.\r\nYou\u2019ve seen roads surrounded by trees.\r\nThese roads are really surrounded by trees!\r\nYou drive on, it\u2019s a bit scary. Nothing\u2019s\r\naround these winding dirt roads but trees\r\n\r\nand this town, where we could settle\r\nin a house with heat, air conditioning. \r\nWould the house have central air?  Maybe.\r\nBut it would have electricity, plumbing,\r\nand we\u2019d be close to the logging roads,\r\nget to know them so we wouldn\u2019t get stuck\r\n\r\nor lost. People want to be near the ocean,\r\nor a lake or a golf course. I\u2019d take these\r\nlogging roads any day over a golf course\r\nor a mall, roads with trees around, pines,\r\nevergreens, no vehicles, except us in ours,\r\nmy jeep with a GPS, so as not to get lost.\r\n\r\nSo much snow in winter, a snowmobile\r\nwould be needed.  I could buy one!\r\nSnowsuits to keep us warm. Go out \r\non those roads, not too far, and come back\r\nto our house in St. Francis. Both of us\r\nstripped naked I could kiss you all over.\r\n\r\nWe could make love, then go to a local cafe,\r\ncome home, watch Reign on Netflix.\r\nSt. Francis has WiFi. We could call people\r\non our cell phones. When logging roads\r\nwere made, did they had telephones way up \r\nthere?  It\u2019s way, way different from here. <\/pre>\n
