ZIP 16\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n      Ada unclutters table\r\n\r\n                                  wedlock roses nip ringlets\r\n\r\n    dotted swiss crimped\r\n\r\n                                  olivesheen mules ticktack\r\n\r\n      meticulous yardstick\r\n\r\n                                  foundation's huffish\r\n\r\nlumbar-ease chair twirls\r\n\r\n                                  moxie jolts the room\r\n\r\n    alcove obscures work\r\n\r\n\r\nZIP 17\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n        unyielding duck cloth\r\n\r\n                                        how-do-you-do floor manager\r\n\r\n                    Polly's smitten\r\n\r\n                                        whacked is mere la-di-da\r\n\r\n  blue jay flicks in hawthorn\r\n\r\n                                        ingots on choker\r\n\r\nneedle clamp lodges - ready\r\n\r\n                                        crimpers teeter - lassoed\r\n\r\nZIP 18\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n              lace on gingham\r\n\r\n                                    keen eclipsing of a bleb\r\n\r\n    seam ripper's all drama\r\n\r\n                                    amplifying smirk\r\n\r\n                    feed dogs run\r\n\r\n                                    primper urges on culottes\r\n\r\nJoe's tardy with mortgage\r\n\r\n                                    whim-wham the model prowls\r\n\r\n  overhears himself brood\r\n\r\n\r\nZIP 19\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\ncozy flannel backslides\r\n\r\n                                logo on camisole\r\n\r\n      Sara dwells on tryst\r\n\r\n                                hesitant flump into gown\r\n\r\npincushion absconded\r\n\r\n                                overshot wires\r\n\r\n  foot controller's trusty\r\n\r\n                                manikin torso ignored\r\n\r\n    zigzag stitch waltzes\r\n\r\n\r\nZIP 20\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nMeg\u2019s back from canteen\r\n\r\n                                   wattle and flax on brow\r\n\r\n      veers damask at angle\r\n\r\n                                    kiss curl set\r\n\r\n                bias tape firms\r\n\r\n                                    hip-hop loosens\r\n\r\n        menu screen dayglo\r\n\r\n                                    buyer tilts specs\r\n\r\n              frock coat builds <\/pre>\n

\nIn 1998 I won a Northern Arts writers award.  In July 200 I read at Waterstones bookshop to promote the anthology ‘Titles Are Bitches’.  Christmas 2001 I debuted at Newcastle’s famous Morden Tower doing a reading of my poems.  Each year I read for Proudwords lesbian and gay writing festival and I partook in workshops.  2005 saw the publication of my collection LOVEBITES published by Chanticleer Press, 6\/1 Jamaica Mews, Edinburgh.

\n On Saturday 16Th August 2003 I read at the Edinburgh Festival as a Per Verse poet at LGBT Centre, Broughton St.

\nREVIEWS: I have written poetry reviews for Poetry Scotland and Jacket Magazine and in August 2007 I made a film called ‘A Blank Screen, 60 seconds, 1 shot’ for Queerbeats Festival at The Star & Shadow Cinema Newcastle, reviewing a poem… On September 4 2010, I read at the Callander Poetry Weekend hosted by Poetry Scotland.  I have also written Art Criticism for Peel and Combustus Magazines.  I was involved in The Creative Engagement In Research Programme Research Constellation exhibitions of writing and photography which showed in London (march 13 2012) and Edinburgh (July 4 2013)
