Spondylotic Lines
\nstand face to face
\nkeeping their eyes and hearts open
\nas if
\nthey intent to intersect one another
\ntouching
\nthe epi-center of their pain and gain
\nassuming
\nthe Sun and the other ancillaries are still
\nhappy to be blind.
\nAlas!
\nWhy the other Lines are not visible?
\nWhy the equi-lines are repulsive?
\nThe dreadful disease
\nkeeps all the individual Lines
\nin turning mode
\nenabling them to watch only
\nthe ever-hanging tongues
\nof their own flexible pencils.
