\nrandom sweatshop tailored holes
\nadorn wafer thin sheaths that
\nbond practicality and beauty,
\nencase the streetwise goddess\u2019s
\nthighs\u2014accentuate long legs,
\nenhance airy, sylph-like movements, while
\nher satin skin peeks through weathered threads
\nrises above, basks through the frayed fabric\u2019s weave,
\nwhen early morning\u2019s warming rays touch
\nher strapless back, kiss soft shoulders,
\nbathe them in deep, moist, honey breaths.
\n
\nThe cyber Madonna fingers fine pearls,
\nplucked from the buxom ocean\u2019s bosom,
\nlike meditation beads,
\ngives every cultured orb an identity, blesses and
\neternalizes each mollusk\u2019s enterprise; the
\nworld begs to be her cybernetic oyster, so
\nshe invites men and women to
\ntext her, tweet her, love her; horny, she
\nlongs for enduring chat room romances\u2026
\nas she types, her heart hangs over parted lips
\nlike an engorged keystones above
\nAphrodite\u2019s passionate arches.
\n
\nEnvironmentally friendly lifelines
\nhold their shape then creep like
\nmolasses along a steamy plain:
\ndignified, resolute, as determined as
\nthe sheer force of gravity,
\nshe bends her elbows, folds her arms,
\ncamouflages self-consciousness solemnity
\nas loving as a preying mantis\u2019s gaze
\nwhose frozen posture like an invisible cloak
\nbecomes one with surroundings\u2014
\ncautious as a vigilant caretaker
\nguarding the tomb of an unsung savior.
\n
\nAll want to lie in the virgin\u2019s lap
\nwhile she cradles tired heads in the
\ndeep valley of her skirt, connecting
\nwithout speaking, a million miles
\nfrom another\u2019s thoughts, yet
\nunited in a common denominator:
\ntranscendental intimacy\u2014calculable regret; the
\nMadonna stokes each lover\u2019s hair that
\nsettles across her body as if petting
\nan exquisite ermine or sable stole, while
\nevery race, color, gender, creed, lifestyle
\ncoax another Immaculate Conception or ascension.
