\nof choice. I go with inner sequences.

\nTo be in sync with similar beats
\nis the right swing.
\nSilence draws in contagion
\nof concepts
\nsome worthy of chase.
\nIn the hush-hush I unearth handles.
\n 
\n(ii)

\nIciness
\n 
\nBacker is harpy, recipient always ravenous.
\nDifferent show different setup.
\n 
\nLike a forsaken sloop led by Pharos
\nyour vowels fuel a balefire to intent.
\n 
\nEmptiness scans more meaning than there is:
\nlike a literary egghead evaluating belles-lettres.
\n 
\nBoozed up you withdraw from our bull session.
\nThis tells me your endearments are an evasion.
\n 
\nOn her podcast, the diva inquires of her spouse:
\nhex to bring back spice? His comeback: role play.
\n

\nAberrance

\nEvery ply is elbow-grease: when
\neven an earworm is inert, when I
\nwish to lam out I garner I hold no
\neye-catching selfies.
\n 
\nSacred they will be skewed I seldom
\nclick any. I\u2019m my worst ambassador.
\nAn unlawful being is as unsmudged as
\nhis solicitor. Close-ups soil some of us.
\n

\nBlackball
\n 
\nOne may have envied it
\nhad you laid out less:
\nyour sojourns and the whole shebang.
\nHappiness fulfills inner chinks.
\nMailing close-ups suggests other motives.
\nIs it an end run?
\nSlainte for something
\nmore special
\nis a flawed premise.
\nLapses are latent.
\nErrors are acceptable
\nso are fender-benders.
\nManipulating emotions
\nfor a payoff:
\na thumbs down.
