Seedy lunch counter in New Jersey
\nMonster Mash just out
\nJuke box plays it nonstop
\non the owner\u2019s dime<\/p>\n

We punks love it
\nbut later wonder how the counter help
\ncould stand it<\/p>\n

On both sides of the door
\nare low metal coolers
\nstuff in there
\nlooks Ice Age<\/p>\n

If you touch both coolers at once
\nyou get an electric shock
\nIf you lick your fingers first
\nthe shock almost knocks you out<\/p>\n

They did the Mash\u2026<\/p>\n

Richey Lloyd
\nputs his hands full on the coolers<\/p>\n

In two seconds he
\nhas a gran mal seizure
\nit\u2019s awesome<\/p>\n

His granma comes runnin\u2019
\nHe\u2019s visiting another world, says my older brother
\nas Richey foams at the mouth<\/p>\n

His granma sticks the handle end of a large crescent wrench
\nin his mouth
\nwhere she got it from we have no idea
\nYou\u2019re supposed to use a popsicle stick
\nsays my brother<\/p>\n

What are you, a doctor? screams Granma
\na hefty Sicilian<\/p>\n

My brother later does become a doctor
\nbut nobody knows it
\nwhile Richey is throwin\u2019 his fit<\/p>\n
