\r\n\r\nI'm out of the Station<\/strong>\r\nout of the shuttle<\/strong>\r\nperched on this moving <\/strong>\r\ncrumbling Mimoid <\/strong>\r\n\r\nin its shimmering ocean<\/strong>\r\n                        disintegrating<\/strong>\r\nlike an ancient city in ruins<\/strong>\r\n                        like a Pompeii in lava.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nSuddenly there's Snow's voice <\/strong>\r\nin my brain, she's gone Kelvin <\/strong>\r\nshe's gone, she was just a projection.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe ocean laps at my booted feet<\/strong>\r\nas if to anoint them<\/strong>\r\nas porous stalagmites slide underward.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nIt's in my blood, but not my blood<\/strong>\r\nour crystals are alien, i hear <\/strong>\r\nSnow's voice again, like an echo<\/strong>\r\n                            she was just a projection<\/strong>\r\n\r\n& you, Snow, what are you, i yell<\/strong>\r\nas the stalactites fall to dust \u2013 'Snow!' <\/strong>\r\n\r\n \r\n* Solaris Stanislaw Lem\r\n \r\n\"robin2705\"<\/a><\/em><\/pre>\n
 
\nRobin Ouzman Hislop, born UK, a reader in philosophy & religions, has travelled extensively throughout his lifetime but now lives in semi- retirement as a TEFL teacher and translator in Spain & the UK.

\nRobin was editor of the 12 year running on-line monthly poetry journal Poetry Life and Times. In 2013 he joined with Dave Jackson as co-editor at Artvilla.com, where he presently edits Poetry Life & Times, Artvilla.com, Motherbird.com.

\nHe\u2019s been previously published in a variety of international magazines, later publications including Voices without Borders Volume 1 (USA), Cold Mountain Review (Appalachian University, N. Carolina), The Poetic Bond Volumes (thepoeticbond.com) and Phoenix Rising from the Ashes (a recently published international Anthology of Sonnets). His most last publication is a volume of collected poems All the Babble of the Souk<\/em> available at all main online tributaries<\/strong>
