\na certain humming, a certain resistance
\nto the sun or thunder
\ncars, frantic have rollicking time
\nschool kids think that morning is cessation
\nbut, soon there will be shadows
\nand lingering dust
\ndogs’ tails will wag
\nmornings are premeditated action
\na liitle discernment
\nand mornings will take to paths
\nunscented.

\nIn morning
\nshe takes position near
\nthe bus stand, vegetables she sells
\nmay or may not ( sell)
\nbut mornings are arcades of hope
\nand in this city, mornings have the luminous
\nmornings have smell of flowers
\nmornings are creepy mirages of another day.
