\n 
\nA fistful of sunshine
\nloiters over my window
\nflickering raw images on my blinds.
\n 
\nSlithers inside gay and gaudy
\nalong the flannel hems of blinds
\nand beckons the Sun inside, incensed already.
\n 
\nWith envy ignited soul, it
\nsulks over my floor
\nfalling down alongside infinite flares slowly.
\n 
\nThen crawls towards a lonely nook
\nbefore brooding up the paneled wall
\ntill our acquaintance mellows a scarlet twilight.
\n 
\nIn my sea of loneliness, we three
\nWith oaks of Sunshine, I, sail the Sun
\nSeeking a shore.
\n 
\nWhere the Sun starts to sink, evanescence
\nfollowed by Sunshine o\u2019er the offing
\ndrowning me till dawn.<\/strong>

Rajandeep Garg is a young Civil Engineer of 26,from Thapar University and is now more of a poet. He is a member of United Haiku and Tanka Society. His Tanka poems have been appreciated at few international journals. His poetry had appeared in an Indian e-journal The Literary Yard. He spends his nights writing poetry and exploring the night sky.<\/strong><\/p>\n
