Fair Lady of The Wind

Fair lady of the wind, weeps beside the bending willows
And on the breeze lies the whispering of a promise to be
But still she bends in sorrow

The ocean calls,
the mountains proudly guard
this fair lady of the heart
through broken vows and discontent
For they will NEVER leave A sounding of nature remains in tune
about her melody of love
And solitary rivers run into her well of hope
and discontent
But see there in her hand
is held the lantern of eternity
As she walks her seascape,
facing torrential winds
and standing strong in faith White bird migrates,
sun does set upon the rushing waters
The monarch takes flight to greet the warmth
3000 miles away
Even mister ant goes underground
to preserve and utilize his savings
Still, she braves the howling,
With hand clenched tightly, to her lantern
