WHY SPACE SHIPS DON'T LAND

There are times that I feel very sad
that I've lived this long.

To see the horrendous atrocities
that man can do to his fellow man.

I can see why space ships do not land
and say HERE I AM!

And some people say that the Holocaust
never happened.

TEARS IN THEIR SHADOWS

They are no longer
but their spirit lives on.

They used to cast
twin shadows.

Now
only the shadows remain.
