One look outside a windowTo see the beauty and grandeur of a snowy mountain
The scent and crispness of a wintry day
These are all in God’s master plan
Warm smiles __ friendly faces
can ignite an empty heart with love __ hope
a chance to dream once more
when loss is suffered
Looms the spring __ in crocuses, tulips, daffodils
Lilacs perfume
and cast their scent our way __ in genuine spring bouquets of life
Summer’s morn does praise the dew upon the solitary rose
To sustain her beauty throughout the heat of day
And now __ may we give thanks to God
for all the gifts that He bestows upon us
For feet __ to walk these fields so golden in the sun
To sense and feel the cool change from autumn to winter
And to take comfort, in knowing that chameleons we are all
in this life
For as the seasons change __ so must we do the same
To kiss the summer and the winter __ both
So we may know and truly sing praises of life
