Darkness sways to the devil's tune,
Oblivious of the Light of life
Sent to free darkness
From the devil's grip.
The Light shines in the darkness,
And the darkness comprehends it not.
The true Light lights every man
That comes into the world.
The glowing Light
Attacks the dark cloud
Where satan's orchestra
Plays their profane tune.
In the darkness the devil prowls
and roars like a lion,
Knowing his time is limited,
Pending execution of the judgement written.
The true lion is
The Lion of Judah,
King of kings, Jesus Christ,
Sent to redeem the lost.
"For God so loved the world,
that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish,
but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
